LANCASTER, PA (February 18, 2021) – RKL LLP today announced that Partner Wendy L. Lance, CPA, MST, has been named leader of the firm’s Tax Services Group. In her new role, Lance will develop strategy and manage growth of RKL’s tax workforce and capabilities. She succeeds in this role Tax Partner Robert M. Gratalo, CPA, MST, who stepped down from this leadership role after nearly three and a half years.

An experienced certified public accountant and business advisor, Lance will continue to deliver strategic planning and compliance services to corporations, partnerships, closely held businesses and their owners, in addition to her new leadership role. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and she sits on the board of the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Richmond and an M.S. in Taxation from Villanova University. Lance resides in Lititz.
