As luck would have it I was doing some chamber emailing with Diana who I have known through the chamber for a while and looking at her email recognized that her signature indicated she was working at First Resource bank. That was news to me since last I saw her she was elsewhere. Turns out that was her first week with First Resource. It just so happened that I had become frustrated with my current bank due to yet another bank merger. Diana promptly began to tell me all about First Resource and the many benefits they offer to small business customers as a local bank focused on service. It was so refreshing to me to here of all of the products First Resource had to offer. But the Very Best was their commitment to customer service. Within a week Diana had me up and running with a new account, credit card processing and an electronic check processing machine. This came with a highly personal service level to my business that I had not seen from a bank in a long time. Shortly thereafter she connected me with their loan officer who was also extremely customer service focused and quickly provided me with some very attractive refinancing terms for my existing business equipment loans and a new line of credit. I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received from Diana and the whole First Resource team! They truly treat their customers like people and in today’s world that is tough to find especially when it comes to banking.
I highly recommend Fast Signs of Exton and King of Prussia to anyone who needs quality signs along with high-touch, reliable service. I called and spoke to Virginia a day before a Star Wars themed event that I held on May the 4th. We came up with the idea to have a large banner made with a Death Star on it, along with some parking signs. I figured that there was no way to get this done in a day, but they were happy to help and proved me wrong. We had lawn signs in time for the event with our logo and arrows to point where to park, along with a huge banner with a Death Star on it for photo ops. They really are Fast Signs!! Fabiano is currently helping me on a small project, and has been a great help. As the bank grows and has more events, l am thrilled to continue to work with Kevin and his team at Fast Signs.
Ascend Consulting has helped me achieve amazing things for my business in the past ten years. Through business coaching, seminars and meditation workshops, I have been able to ascend to new heights as a business owner and individual.
I met Lori over 10 yrs. ago and encouraged her to open Faunbrook which was her dream. Ours has been a wonderful reciprocal relationship. I coached her as she launched her business and Lori has held several events for me at Faunbrook: business and personal. She held a beautiful bridal shower for my daughter and has hosted several of my business presentations. Lori not only referred me to a wonderful caterer and greeted my guests: she also helped me spread the word so my events were a great success. Lori is the consummate professional – she will get it done with grace in a beautifully appointed setting.
I’m Arlene Adam, independent founding curator with The Cocoa Exchange™, a division of MARS chocolate. I made a #Connexton with Jen Hohenberger of Coldwell Banker, the company that sponsored Adopt A Pet with the SPCA and To Love A Canine Rescue (TLC). Supporting these local animal rescues led to sales and more scheduled tastings for my business.By providing gift baskets for silent auctions, I have also made a #Connexton with several other ERCC members. These include Diana Mattingly from First Resource Bank and Laura Simpson from The Crime Victim’s Center of Chester County, Inc. and their Night Of Hope Gala.
